Maneuverability just beats firepower too handily. I like her, but frankly I pretty much always use Constitution instead. She can also (when upgraded) run down just about any ship you'll find in the wild.įor big ships, I only have the Flying Dutchman. IMO she's close enouhg in firepower to a Man Of War to almost qualify for the Big class, but she's more agile than real warships. She is very agile, capable of out maneuvering pretty much anything that she doesn't win a broadside trade with, and able to sail around shallows and islands to run the enemy aground and finish them with the moartar (the same way Corvette fans beat everything). I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a premium ship, especially if they're looking to only buy 1 premium ship ever. She's not quite as fast as La Sphynx but she is still faster than anything that isn't steam powered (and when upgraded beats the NPC steam corvettes), can row into the wind, and has a better broadside and more crew making her IMO a better all around ship, especially for piracy.
